ooohh..the pants that i like so much..doesnt have my size.sigh.sigh.omgomgomgomgomg..
and the price was really reasonable..wthwthwth..sigh.

u know being big-sized is lousy!!!
the shoes that i like..dun have my size..biggest size is like 11..whereas mine is 13..
but my favourite indian uncle shop at queensway has my size (: and can bargain too. double happy face ( (: whahhahaha.

Low Fat or Non Fat

heyy..

whoa..havent posted for a WEEK.haha..

okayyy..my dad was telling me this..
dunno how we ended up talking bout this..he said that all Ice-cream are Fattening..ok.so thats bad already..haha..like 90% fat??hahha..i dunno..but then i told him that there are also LOW-Fat Ice-cream too..but dad said that it's no diff..cos LOW-Fat means like it is (for example,) 80% Fat instead of 90% Fat..ahha..so now i know..BUT..if the Ice-Cream is Non-Fat..it is Non-Fat.hahaha..get it?haha..

so we should all eat NON-Fat Ice-cream..haha..

oh yeah..went out with CG last week..so then cos my church is in the East (Bedok MRT, which is already so FAR from my house), so they decided to go to Tampines Mall..(where the hell is that?!)
so when going back..i realised that Tampines MRT is after Tanah Merah!!!omgomgomg..i thought tampines was nearer to Central la..haha.so took like 45mins to get home (Orchard)..

ohwell..haha.seems like i dun really know my Singapore.haha.

Sch Nats is in less than 2 weeks time..cool.been training really hard..and i see imprvements (:

Morning training - Long distance

okayyy..

morning training on saturdays is usually long distance free style paddles...
so for today's training..we did 2x1000 and 5x200 freestyle paddles and some more competition sets..

if u wanna survive for the 1000m swim..here's the strategy.

1st - 5th hundred:
go normal..not so fast..and let all the small kiddies be the same speed as u..
6th hundred:
start kicking and go faster.so that the kiddies get shocked.
7th hundred:
slow down, recover from the previous hundred. let the small kiddies catch up, but not to the same speed.
8th hundred:
sprint, go as fast as u can, try to make a really huge lead in front of the small kiddies.
9th hundred:
warm down, let the kiddies catch up to the same speed and level.
10th hundred (yay..the last one):
[this is when the fast people are all in front by like 50m-75m already..]
go fast, and trick the little kiddies that u want to challenge with them..
then at the 25m mark, turn back. so the kiddies think that they overtook u by so much and continue to swim the whole thing.

so in the end, u reach about the same time as the fast ones (:

went to the airport this morning to send li jie off..oh man..so sad..he's going off for a month..to study actually. but what is unfair is that he is like travelling around the world before he goes to stanford to study. tokyo, LA, then San Fransico, then stanford.omg..so lucky..haha.

okayyy..li jie, if u're reading this, remember to get me the things that i want ar..the stanford tee (white tee with red words), stuff from abercrombie and other things which u find er, amusing.hahahha o.0

oh yeah, li jie's such a friend..he wanted to call us, to talk to us when hes in the US..haha.wad a great fren..
sits beside me in class..ahha.what a funny guy.always gets A+ for Adv. maths..ahah.and he "teaches" me how to do those questions.ahhaha.i think when u're away..i'll feel kinda lonely...cos u and xuefeng are gone, and jj is way too smart for me.haha.(not that im saying u're not smart haha).
oh.im gonna go to YESS and take a hair cut there.whahaha..

oh my..im so tired..

woke up at 6 this morning to go and play golf..haha.u must think im crazy. cause i wanna play early so that it wont be that hot..well, it was still hot in the end.whahaha. played with my sis and bro..haha.

then went training..whoa..so tired now..haha.and almost everybody is going for singapore open except me.so that means i have to train hard next week with nobody.haha. oh no!!!!!!!..haha.they would be tapering then..

the SEA Age Group people came back already.congrats to them, got 1st.hahaha..wonder wad time did zhi heng did for his breaststroke..haha.. o.O

heyya.whahah.

went church today.then saw tiffany.haha

okay.so went out with apsc people today. andrew cheong and ong, bryan, allister, ashley, bob (nicholas btw), sab, tzen, gen and amanda lee.met bob at taka, the food place,cos i was hungry and wanted to get a snack..and saw gen and amanda there.whahah.

met the rest at lido and bought the movie ticks..haha.cos there was 11 of us. but there was this stupid person who had to take one seat right in the middle of the row. so we had to split up and surround her..haha.had lunch at far east. MEE GORENG.haha.and must thank ANDREW ONG!!! so kind, treated us all to lunch.haha.oh.saw joanne, keshia and tiffany.haha.saw her in church, then again here.whahah.

okayyy.the movie was weird.Hitchhiker's guide to the galazy.haha.confusing too.dunno wad was happening, the guy with 2 heads and wad vogsborg?haha.and i still dunno wad the question is.whahahah.then we had no idea wad to do after the show.so we just stood ard, outside lido and pretended to look at something.whahaha.and people also looked too..haha.

went to paragon.haha.then saw this woman who winded her window down from the car and started to wave at me frantically, i was like "what the hell is that woman doing?!!" and i realised that it was U-Nice.whahah.with Jeffrey Su driving.haha.
went to Toys R Us..hahah..played with the lightsaber and stuff.whahha.then sab and tzen took pictures with Geoffrey the Giraffe.haha..

so that was it.haha.had to go back for dinner with my family..whaha.had fun. (:

oh man..my wrist hurts.argh!!!haha.

was walking to the pool. den uncle chih yong saw me and asked why i didnt come for land, then i fell right on my ass!!! ouch!!! my wrist also hurts now cos i kinda used it to break my fall. the stupid floor was so slippery la.haha. i think i was frightened that uncle chih yong asked me why i didnt come..whahahah.. -_-

heyhey..
i have FINALLY, or i think almost, finished this blog.hahahah.
took like 3 hours to do it.omg.waste of time.but im glad with it.haha.
managed to change that quiksilver sign to my flip flops.haha.
but im still trying to figure out how to change the position of the tagboard..
im so dumb la.haha

hmmm..today chinese o's.haha.
minus 15 marks for paper 2 already..oh no..i dun think can get A1.haha.aiming for B3 though.
the chinese teachers (or is it Han Kok Peng) were so kind, they like printed the answers and pasted it on the wall for us..haha.i mean like, how did they even do it so fast?printed somemore.hmmm.i think they had the paper b4.haha.
whereas other schools cant even bring back the question paper..what is that?oh well.just hope that my compo will pull me up.haha.
